Casa de Vilela, located on a high point overlooking São Tomé de Negrelos, is an imposing manor house, built in the 18th century.

Recently restored, with the particularity of being able to receive a group up to 18 people, Casa de Vilela is a true seat of comfort and total privacy. All nine rooms are decorated with original furniture and have a private bathroom. On the ground floor, the old wine cellars have been converted into three cozy living rooms that include a library area and a games room. In the conventual kitchen, fully equipped, up to 18 people can sit at the central table.

Surrounded by vineyards, fields and a private forest, it has ample outdoor spaces for leisure, swimming pool, gardens and in the old threshing floor you can enjoy a barbecue.

Located in the Porto region and very close to Minho, it invites you to enjoy the magnificent surrounding landscapes and discover this vast region of northern Portugal.

The property is well placed for visits to a number of historic centers, such as the ancient city of Guimarães with its castle which is a mere 15 minutes away, whilst the bustling city of Porto lies only 35km away. Here you can explore the twisting and narrow streets of the Ribeira quarter, famous for its life, character and numerous monuments, or visit one of the many port wine lodges on the bank of Douro river. Why not take a boat cruise? Or, you may prefer the beaches at Vila do Conde only 30km away, or Caldas da Saúde with its thermal waters only 10km away.
